GENERAL ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. This includes changes to size, product variant, or quantity. Though if you want to change the shipping address, you can connect with us before the item is dispatched.

Orders are prepared and allocated immediately after confirmation due to limited inventory and production planning. Customers are strongly advised to review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Pretentious Tee reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to payment verification issues, suspected fraud, stock limitations, or operational constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Items marked as “Pre-order” are produced in limited quantities or manufactured specifically based on confirmed orders.

  • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

  • Estimated shipping timelines are provided for reference and may vary due to production or logistical factors.

If a pre-order item cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, Pretentious Tee will issue a full refund to the original payment method. No additional compensation or liability shall apply.
