Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for order processing and shipping as most items are made in limited quantities or produced on a made-to-order basis. Due to limited production and drop-based inventory, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Pretentious Tee does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders are shipped from Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive the confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk email folder.

Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after your order has been placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or via check to the address listed on the order for the amount initially paid. Refunds issued to the original payment method may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be canceled at any time by Pretentious Tee.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping delays may occur during special releases, major holidays, or markdown periods.

PRE-ORDER POLICY: Items marked as "Pre-order" are expected to ship upon arrival at our facility. Full payment is required at checkout for all pre-order items. SHIPPING METHODS: We offer complimentary standard shipping within India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.

LOST PACKAGES: Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Pretentious Tee is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are transferred to the courier. If your package shows signs of tampering or damage upon delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. Once proof of delivery is confirmed, responsibility transfers to the courier
