No Refunds for Change of Mind

Pretentious Tee does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Once an order is placed and payment is received in full, the order immediately enters processing and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed. Though you can chat with us and get clarity on the sizes.

Limited Availability & Order Cancellations by Us

All products are released in limited quantities. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this occurs, a full refund will be issued for the affected item:

To the original payment method, or
Via check to the billing address (if applicable)

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstance. Once the order is placed exchanging the item is not possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 4 days of delivery (from delivery date, not dispatch)
Clear photos of the damaged area are mandatory
The item will be exchanged for the same product only, subject to availability

Refunds are not offered for damaged items.

How to Request an Exchange in case delivered item is not damage

Shipping & Customs

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties or charges will be returned at the customer’s expense
All return shipping, customs duties, and handling fees in such cases are the sole responsibility of the customer
